Company will refuse any general exchanges or returns not requested within 7 days of receipt.

- Customers may not exchange or return products that cannot be resold (ie, wigs, underwear, etc.) due to health or hygiene concerns.
- Customers may not exchange or return products damaged by Customer

-If Customer is dissatisfied and there is no defect found with the product, only the amount of the total price, excluding return shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee, will be refunded. - If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel your order at no additional cost by calling Customer Service (877-622-9650) or email (support.mstore@mbc24tv.com).
- If your order has already been shipped, a refund, excluding shipping costs, will be issued after you refuse delivery of the product.
- If the product has shipped and the customer opened boxes, the buyer is responsible for round trip shipping costs on all other returns. The buyer can get a refund excluding round trip shipping costs and 25% restocking fee.
- Refunds of products received within 7 days will be issued after the product is inspected by Customer Service.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment at time of purchase. (Refunds may take several days to a week depending on the banking day the customer uses.) If the card account used has been closed or a money order was used at time of purchase, a check will be issued and mailed within 7 days.
