When boxing or training, it's often helpful to set a time and see how many jumps you can do in 1 or 2 minutes. Set the countdown timer mode, and after 1 minute, the jump rope vibrates and makes a sound to let you know. You can also see how many jumps you did in one minute on the screen. Conversely, if you want to know "how many jumps in a few seconds?" Set it to jump count mode and give it a try! It's a feature that boxing and exercise enthusiasts really love!
3. Two Types of Ropes for Indoor and Outdoor Exercise
The ropes are adjustable according to height. The short rope with rubber balls is used indoors. Insert it into the jump rope, twist it, and jump, and the app captures the number of jumps you made. The rubber balls have a slight weight, so they feel good. For those who find it difficult to start with the long rope, warm up with the short rope and then switch to the long one.
