Cooking Tips for Suhyangmi
Suhyangmi is a medium-small grain rice variety with smaller and more uniform grains compared to regular rice. For best results, we recommend using about 10–15% less water than you would for standard white rice.
The ideal rice-to-water ratio is 1:1, but feel free to adjust the amount of water to suit your personal taste.
