[316L stainless steel]

316L stainless steel is a premium material with superior corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and durability compared to the commonly used 304 stainless steel. In addition to nickel and chromium, molybdenum material is added, so it is resistant to salt and corrosion, has a low strain rate at high temperatures, and has a high heat retention time. Because of these characteristics, it is mainly used for medical materials, precious metals, etc.

[How to clean a pot]

- Be sure to wash before use.
-Clean the product with a solution of vinegar (1), dish detergent (1), and water (2). Because stainless steel goes through several processing operations during the production process, black powder may remain even after washing. At this time, just soak a paper towel in regular cooking oil and wipe the inside of the pot.
-Pour 2/3 of water into the product, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar or baking soda, heat over medium heat, and then perform regular cleaning.

[Care and usage]

-If food gets stuck, it is convenient to use baking soda to clean it.
-If mineral stains (rainbow/white) appear on the product surface, it may be effective to clean them using baking soda or a detergent specifically designed for stainless steel.
-To clean stains and burn marks, boil water with vinegar and baking soda for 5-10 minutes and then wash.
-If you soak hot cooking utensils in cold water immediately after cooking, the product may be damaged.
- Allow heated cooking utensils to cool sufficiently and then wash them with warm water.
-Be sure to wash after use and keep completely dry.

[Precautions for use]
-Do not use for purposes other than cooking, and cook on a heat source below medium heat.
-Do not heat empty products. There is a risk of shortening the product lifespan and causing burns.
-Do not use in the electromagnetic recognition mode of a microwave/electric oven.
-Heated products are very hot, so be sure to use kitchen gloves.
-Do not store food for long periods of time or subject it to strong shock.
-We recommend using a soft scrubber.
-To prevent danger, keep out of reach of children.
