Gyungokgo, meaning “precious jade-like herbal jelly,” was a treasured medicinal tonic enjoyed by the kings of the Joseon Dynasty. Made from four key ingredients—ginseng, fresh rehmannia root, poria mushroom, and honey—this tonic is traditionally known to relieve dry coughs and soothe the throat.
Dosage Instructions:
Take 2 pills daily, once in the morning and once in the evening, regardless of meals. If you feel fatigued during the day, you may take an additional pill.
If you have a weak digestive system, start with one pill per dose and gradually increase as tolerated. You can chew the pill whole or dissolve it in 100–200 ml of warm water before drinking.
