Introducing Heungbugol Namwon Chueotang, a century-old restaurant located in Namwon, Jeollabuk-do.
With 30 years of tradition, we use Korean mudfish, dried radish greens (siraegi), and natural sea salt to create our authentic mudfish soup.
How to enjoy:
Simply pour the chueotang into a pot and bring it to a rolling boil for a quick and delicious meal. For an extra spicy kick, add some fresh Cheongyang chili peppers.
