We carefully select and use fresh walnuts from clean regions of California, fresh eggs sourced daily from farms, and Cheonan milk for local coexistence. The rich filling, made of 100% red beans, contains no artificial colors, preservatives, or flavors, allowing you to fully experience the premium harmony of natural sweetness and deep nuttiness.

We stick to the traditional method of wrapping each individual cake in paper (Hwaji) to prevent moisture evaporation and maintain its original moistness. Thanks to this, you can enjoy the soft and fluffy texture even after time has passed.


For a soft texture
Sprinkle a little water on the frozen walnut cake and microwave for about 1 minute.
For a crispy texture
Bake the frozen walnut cake in an air fryer at 180-200°C (356-392°F) for 10 minutes to enjoy a "crispy on the outside, moist on the inside" treat.
To enjoy it cool
Eat the frozen walnut cake as is or after natural thawing for about 15 minutes to enjoy it like a cool ice cream treat.

We strictly adhere to the traditional method of kneading dough by adding Makgeolli to pure domestic glutinous rice flour. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted by artisans, not machines, to deliver the original beauty and authentic taste of Juak.

Inside the Juak, fried to a crisp in clean oil, we have deeply infused the sweetness of Jocheong (grain syrup). Storage Method
To maintain the fresh taste and texture, please store in the freezer immediately upon receipt. After thawing, consume as soon as possible to fully experience the unique charm of Gaeseong Juak.
How to Eat
Thaw naturally at room temperature for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. When eaten slightly chilled, the sweetness of the syrup and the chewiness of the dough harmonize most beautifully.
